Return Policy

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly not be attributed to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date:

  • on which you, or a third party designated by you (not the carrier), took possession of the goods — if the order consisted of one or more goods delivered at the same time;

  • on which you, or a third party designated by you (not the carrier), took possession of the last item — if the order consisted of several goods delivered separately.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to cancel this contract by contacting us via email at: SUPPORT@CLOCLOFASHION.
You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery charges (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the day we receive your cancellation notice.

We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.

We may withhold the refund until we have:

  • received the returned goods, or

  • you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.

You must send back the goods without delay and no later than 30 days from the day you notified us of the cancellation. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 30 days has expired.

The costs of returning the goods are your responsibility.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this results from handling the goods in a way that is not necessary to examine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

  • for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized;

  • for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

  • for the supply of alcoholic beverages where the price has been agreed upon at the time of the contract, but delivery can only take place after 30 days and whose actual value depends on market fluctuations;

  • for the supply of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, with the exception of subscriptions.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:

  • for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery;

  • for the supply of goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items;

  • for the supply of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software, if unsealed after delivery.
