Shipping Policy
What is the delivery time?
The delivery time consists of two stages:
1. Processing time
Within 1–3 business days after placing your order, it will be reviewed, approved, and packaged. The parcel will then be prepared for shipment.
2. Shipping time
UK: 5–10 business days
Shipping is handled by Royal Mail.
Please note: All delivery times exclude potential customs delays. During peak periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year, deliveries may take longer.
What are the shipping costs?
We offer free premium shipping on all orders.
This includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage during transit.
Where is my package?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number.
You can track your package on our tracking page. Simply click “Track Your Order” in the main menu of our website.
For logistical reasons, your order may be shipped in multiple separate packages.
My tracking number isn’t working
It may take up to 5 business days for tracking information to update.
